As the name already implies, Consolidate offers both consultancy as well as interim management services. Consolidate is owned by Mr. Arnoud P. Schutte, a former public accountant with a master degree in business economics. Over the last 20+ years, Mr. Schutte gained access to a large network of independent consultants and interim managements. Because of this, Consolidate is also able to engage into engagements with the need of larger teams.

Experienced CFO. Background in auditing followed by wide variety of senior management finance roles. Worked in large number of industries. Excellent technical finance knowledge (ie IFRS). Broad systems (implementation) experience (eg ERP, reporting dashboards, consolidation, treasury, billing integrity). Instrumental to large number of acquisitions as well as re-/financing projects. From €m+ up to €bn+. Led large restructuring, strategy and operational projects. Worked within private equity managed structures for the last 12 years. Used to working in demanding shareholder structures.
